Dear Leonard,
I am writing this note to thank you for the amazing job you did creating the mirror for  me! It arrived on Wednesday but I didn't have the nerve to open it until today. My husband very carefully removed all the screws...we took the foam package out of the wooden box....removed the tape...and revealed a beautiful sight...SUCCESS!! The mirror arrived in one piece!!! It looks so nice. I have attached a pic of the mirror and the spot behind the bar where it will hang. Once we get it mounted...I will send you a pic of that!

The tiles were AWESOME!!!! I hope you don't mind if I spread your name around as to where I got them.
When the project is done, I am going to submit it to the woodworking magazines and hope for the best as far as a gallery submittal goes. If you want, I can send you some photos as well in case you have a "portfolio" of some type.
Just in case you were interested, here is a preliminary photo of the board. I dyed the worded tiles you made for me since this photo was taken to match an official scrabble board (orange, blue, red, and green), and will inlay them in and cut the long "tines" off the end.
Again, I REALLY appreciate your service on this.
